Zamia partnered with Kaambal Suut on an initiative run by Sureste Sostenible to help strengthen the capabilities of civil society in the Yucatan Peninsula.
Our Outcome: We designed and facilitated the finance and communications modules, guiding 25 organizations to build a solid budget, understand the different fundraising methods, and design their communication and fundraising strategy.
